Chilli
waistcoat has been assembled
using high specification materials - coated
nylon outer, a two-way zip, layers of breathable
thermal insulation and a soft nylon lining.
Great care has been taken to ensure the
Chilli waistcoat
is completely safe to use. The heating elements
in the garment are sandwiched between layers
of thermal insulating material to give a
uniform spread of heat over the entire warming
area - so there are no hot spots that could
otherwise cause discomfort.

provides for one handed adjustment enabling

Simply connect the special fused wiring harness directly to your bike's battery, plug in the heat-control unit, dial-in the heat you want, and that's it...no more cold rides...ever! Pillion riders are not forgotten either. Because the Chilli waistcoat uses so little power, most bikes will have no problem supporting two... so you both stay warm and cosy. A special pillion lead can be supplied to make connecting simple. Great care has been taken to ensure that the Chilli waistcoat is completely safe to use.
